Shawn and Cindy Hudgins

Shawn has served with Cru since 1989 and Cindy has served since 1991. We ministered to college students at East Tennessee State University from 1989-1993 and then moved to Boone, North Carolina to minister to students at Appalachian State University. In 1999, we moved to Orlando, Florida to work at Cru's World Headquarters and be a part of a one-year leadership development program. At the end of the program and with much prayer, we decided to stay in Orlando. 


From 2000-2020, Shawn served in a variety of roles centered on the development of websites and mobile apps within Cru’s Digital Products and Solutions UX Strategy Team. In July 2020, Shawn transitioned to work with Cru's Global Operations Technology Solutions Team while Cindy has continued to minister to the community around us in a variety of ways.

As a part of the Global Operations Technology Solutions Team, we equip our ministries to unlock phenomenal growth by connecting needs with trustworthy solutions. We are passionate about using the tools that God has placed before us to help every person in every nation have an opportunity to hear how they can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
