Our ministry is driven by a passion to introduce international students in Southern Wisconsin to Christ, disciple them in their faith, and challenge them to become lifelong ambassadors for Christ. We see a significant opportunity at UW-Madison, where international students make up 14% of the campus population. Our work also extends to the Milwaukee area, where we coach a team reaching out to several thousand international students at several campuses, and helping to build spiritual movements. In addition to our focus on international students, we mentor American Cru students, helping them discern God’s calling for their future. 

Kim is in the campus ministry, serving in a human resources capacity across eight states. In this role, she provides essential support to staff members as they navigate various life transitions, offering guidance and resources to ensure their well-being. Beyond this, Kim takes a leading role in comprehensive staff care initiatives, fostering a supportive environment for all. Her responsibilities also extend to critical crisis intervention, where she provides timely and compassionate assistance during challenging times.
