Jim and Diane Dempsey serve the Lord through Cru's worldwide ministry.  Since 1984, their mission has been to turn lost individuals into Christ-centered laborers. They do this by helping Win people to Christ, Build them in their faith, and Send them out to Win, Build and Send others to Christ.

Jim serves as U.S. Director of Development (Chief Development Officer) providing leadership to Cru's efforts to bring the gospel to the world. This is done by providing resources (humanitarian and financial) to those in need. Diane serves as a part of the U.S. Development  team providing guidance and leadership to areas related to finance and discipleship.  She also has an abundant ministry to women in the Orlando area.

The Dempseys have two adult children; Jimmy (36), married to Sarah, is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science, Technology and Engineering, and works for Vanguard Investments in Philadelphia, PA as a Senior Technical Product Manager. Jimmy and Sarah have a daughter, Maeve Grace and a baby boy expected at the end of September. Katherine (34), has a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law in Evanston, IL and practices law for a private firm in downtown Chicago. She also has an undergraduate and master's degrees from Northwestern University.

Jim and Diane are seeking men and women interested in partnering with them both prayerfully and financially to help reach men, women and children with the gospel of Jesus Christ.   They always appreciate regular monthly commitments or even special gifts to help them accomplish this goal.
