I believe that God is at work in every neighborhood. The Neighbors ministry mission is to mobilize people to proactively connect with the people in our daily rhythms of life. This is a shift in the way we do life in America. We are so task-orientated and value our individuality. Our focus needs to shift from our agenda or “to do” lists to being open to others around us. This intentional way of living is lived out by looking for ways to connect, pray, serve and share with those around us. This slow-paced journey is complex, difficult and awkward at times but well worth the effort.
