We are aggressively pursuing this objective. Stella has served with Campus Crusade for over 35 years and Phil for 30 years. We serve as trainers for XChange, our East Asia cross-cultural training program based in Singapore. That means we train our missionaries going out from countries in East Asia region to better adjust to working in new cultural environments around the world. As well as being trainers with two other Campus Crusade families, Phil serves as the Director and Stella serves as Administrator for the program.
