Dave and Dawn both work with Faculty Commons, focused primarily on ministry to college and university faculty. 

Dawn disciples faculty members on how to grow in their faith, and how to reach out to their peers and their students with the gospel. Dawn primarily works with professors in Colorado, but also coaches faculty farther away via video conferencing. Dawn earned a certificate as a spiritual director in 2021 and serves in that capacity as well. 

Dave works with international missions and innovation, developing new ways to engage professors in missions around the world (professors and students together make excellent missions teams). Dave's work involves anywhere in the world Cru sends missionaries. Dave's work in innovation focuses on new ways to expand the ministry to faculty in the US and globally.

Dave and Dawn have three grown children, and enjoy the outdoors of Colorado as much as possible.
