Thank you so much for the vital role that you play as a partner in ministry with me. Jesus is my life and I have had the privilege of watching God work in me and through me in so many ways. My current position with Cru is unique in that I have been granted legal permission to serve full-time with our partnering ministry, The Impact Movement, whose mission is to equip Black students to become disciples of Jesus Christ who integrate their faith into every aspect of life. As Director of Operations with Impact, nothing gives me greater pleasure than creating an environment for young people to fall in love with Jesus and discover how they can influence others for His kingdom. 

I also serve as the Director of Ministry Partner Development training our staff to build their funding base for their salaries. Each of us has to develop a financial support base for our salaries, and learn to be good stewards of God's provision. My goal is to help them become fully funded so that they can accomplish Impact's mission. 

It is also my desire to be fully funded at all times.
