Barbara and Lewis have been with Cru since 1987 and have ministered at the East Asia School of Theology in Singapore since 2006.  There they teach and mentor Asian leaders and their spouses to become more effective servants of Jesus Christ.  Upon graduation, these leaders are sent out to be powerfully used by God to strengthen the church and help fulfill the Great Commission in Asia and throughout the world.
