We are Kourtney & Rich Street, two people who accidentally fell in love while working in the inner city of Denver during the summer of 1997. As the thankful parents of Rich III, Joseph, and David, we can be described as a soccer-loving, Mexican food-eating, dairy & gluten-free cooking, never met a stranger kind of family. The sunny city of Oviedo, Florida, is currently our home base, but our ministry has taken us all over the globe.

We serve as Executive Coaches and Chaplains for FamilyLife and are passionate about caring for leaders at the intersection of the sacred and strategic. We serve Cru staff and ministry leaders from other organizations such as IJM, Via, East-West Ministries International, the NWSL, and Prison Fellowship, to name a few. 

Our goal is to help leaders create thriving teams and organizational cultures while staying healthy and connected to Jesus in their personal lives.  We believe healthy leaders lead thriving organizations that impact the kingdom for God's glory.
