I have been on staff with Athletes in Action since 1991 serving at Illinois State University, the Czech Republic, the University of Wisconsin, at our AIA National HQ in Ohio in national leadership roles and most recently at Florida State University. I have spent the last 3 1/2 years as part time AIA staff and was full time FSU as Director of Operations for Men's and Women's Tennis. This winter I returned full time to AIA as I accepted the position of AIA Ultimate Training Camp International Director. 

In this role I will train & resource  international staff teams as they launch and lead Ultimate Training Camps in their country. The UTC is a high intensity sports camp for competitive athletes that tackles the issue of how to blend faith and sport together on the field of competition. We teach athletes 5 biblical principles and allow them to test those truths in daily athletic competition (labs) and culminating in a 20 hour sports event knows as the SPECIAL. These camps also provide an avenue for sharing the gospel with athletes who might never show up at a church or a Bible Study. They are also a great tool for launching sports ministries in new locations and accelerating existing ministries around the globe. 

I feel this role is a perfect fit for me as it combines my experience directing (Ohio) and staffing (Colorado, California, Minnesota) UTCs both in the US and internationally (Australia and New Zealand), my love of traveling and ministering internationally, and my singleness that allows me the freedom for that travel.
