The Schmoll Family Ministry:

Kristina and I met on the mission field in Brazil back in 2003. Now we live in Minneapolis where we work in the Neighbor's strategy of Cru.  We are making disciples of Jesus and building spiritual movements in our neighborhood so that everyone here knows someone who truly follows Jesus!

Mission Minneapolis: We live in the Phillips neighborhood in South Minneapolis. It's super diverse and densely populated. We moved here in 2016 after sensing God calling us here in order to grow in loving Him and loving our neighbor through proximity with people of many different cultures and backgrounds.  Here we have some of the greatest joys and deep grief as we enter into many relationships where we walk alongside people in the “hard knocks” of life.

The Vision: We imagine a world where, someday, everyone has heard about Jesus, had a chance to respond to the Gospel, and experience the abundant life of living for Him as their Lord!

The Ask: Please partner with us financially.  All Cru missionaries raise up a team of ministry partners. We currently need more monthly partners.  We also have a need for special gifts for our entire family to participate in the Summer Mission to Bogotá, Colombia July 15 - Aug. 8, 2026.
