Hi! We are Sean and Nancy Wayland, and we are passionate about helping others know Christ personally and be transformed through an encounter with Him. Sean has the privilege of coaching and encouraging leaders in five countries (Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Panama and Puerto Rico), helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and in their effectiveness in reaching others. He especially enjoys investing in leaders who are multiplying their impact through movements of evangelism and discipleship.

Nancy serves on Cru Costa Rica’s national team, focusing on the student-led movement. She disciples college students and helps prepare them for a lifetime of being sent to reach others for Christ. In addition to coaching Spanish speaking leaders in GOLD (Global Operations Leadership Development), she mentors leaders as they pursue a master’s degree in leadership, equipping them to be even more effective in reaching others for Christ.
