Every day, I am amazed that I have the privilege of helping our leaders and staff members around the world reach out with the good news of Jesus.

 

My desire is that all of our staff would be equipped and motivated in their roles to help fulfill the Great Commission. I am thrilled to be a vital part of winning, building, and sending trained and equipped people into ministry for Christ.

For years, I have been motivated to bring new workers into the harvest and to care for and equip the workers already committed to fulfilling the Great Commission: “When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.’ ” Matthew 9:36-38 (NLT)
