Dave and Connie work with Athletes in Action, the athletic ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. After serving as Area Coordinator for Campus Crusade's East Asia Area of Affairs for 17 years, they now serve as AIA's Global Events Team Leader helping to equip indigenous national leaders in sports chaplaincy and sports ministry growth.  Dave and Connie live in Glendale, Arizona and have three children, Luke , Abigail and Hannah. Their personal ministry is with college and professional athletes and those they influence.
