Layo and Luchy Leiva, originally from El Salvador, have served as full-time staff with Campus Crusade for over 40 years. Their first love is to help plant movements of spiritual multiplication among the leaders of Latin America and the Caribbean.

After serving for 11 years as Area Team Leaders, on October 1st. 2021, Layo was appointed as Leader for Leader Strategies, to help national ministries become more effective in reaching city leaders and influencers with the gospel. Luchy was appointed Fund Capacity Leader, to help national ministries become financially sustainable from local sources.

Layo and Luchy currently reside in San Jose, Costa Rica from where they serve the national ministries in Latin America & the Caribbean. They have 3 adult sons: Hector, Daniel and Andres, and four grandchildren: Alexa, Ellie, Chole and Kai.
