I currently serve as the Career Coordinator of the High School ministry of Cru where I have the privilege of guiding missionaries all across the country to discover their unique contribution within Cru. I also serve on the local Cru High School team in Indianapolis. There, I have the opportunity to resource, train, and encourage volunteers who have a desire to use their gifts to make a difference in this generation by helping students know the real hope they can have through a relationship with Jesus Christ and giving them the foundations they need to walk with him for a lifetime. 

Being back in Indianapolis after 14 years in New York City and 4 years of leading the ministry in Boston feels a bit like coming full circle. I've recently been walking the halls of schools and reconnecting with volunteers I ministered alongside when I was serving in Indy and Carmel 20 years ago!
