Di has 28 years of ministry experience with Cru. Her vision is to see the nations reached with the Gospel as International Students studying here in the U.S. go back as equipped and trained as Christ-centered laborers! 

Di lives in Minnesota with her husband Russ and youngest daughter.  Her older daughters are away, one serving with Cru in Paris and one studying nursing in Winona.  Di serves the 350+ Bridges International Staff as a Ministry Partner Development Coach.  Her primary goal is to ensure that staff are able to live out their calling to reach international students on the mission field, the college and university campuses in the US where over 1 million international students come to study every year.  

Di also holds a project manager role with Cru Stewardship, leading teams and coaching and training people across Cru's ministries, so that staff can serve with Christ at the center, fully funded and financially faithful.
