Thanks so much for your gift! I've been on full-time staff with Cru since 1995 and am currently serving with the Campus Ministry based in Apex, North Carolina.

As a part of a national team of Ministry Partner Development Coaches ("Team MPD"), we seek to equip and inspire laborers to be Christ-centered, fully-funded, and financially faithful. It is a joy to coach through training, shepherding, and supervising new Cru staff as they work hard and trust the Lord for their financial and prayer support.  

I also still serve with the geographic People and Culture (formerly HR/Leadership Development) team here in Raleigh serving NC, VA, MD, DC, and DE and our partnerships around the world. As a part of this team, my ministry includes reviewing the applications of and developing our new staff applicants, doing my best to help make our current staff's lives easier, and our annual summer Cru staff allocation to mission trips around the US and the world. My summers are usually spent with a lot of college students on a summer mission trip - since 2015, that has been in Daytona Beach, Florida!
