We go where people are. Where do they go to ask questions? Where do they go to connect with friends and family? Where do they go for guidance? Increasingly, they are going online. God is moving, and He is using digital strategies! As the Global Vice President for Digital Strategies, those opportunities motivate me. Using digital strategies, we can make Jesus and His mission accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime they want to be a part of it. When we think of what it will take to pioneer into the missional gaps in faraway lands as well as in our neighborhoods, digital strategies is one of the most effective ways to reach people. 

I have been on staff since 1994 serving 17 years in the campus ministry. I was in Russia for 12 of those 17 years. I returned to the USA in 2011 to help launch Cru's City ministry. I began leading in Digital Strategies in 2013, first for City and then transitioning to Global Digital Strategies in 2018.
