Scott is the National Director of Staff Development for the ministry of Cru in the United States. In his role on the Human Resources Leadership Team, he leads Cru's efforts to equip its missionaries in spiritual & professional growth, train them in lifelong ministry skills, and provide opportunities for leadership development as they cross cultures with the gospel throughout the United States and world.

Lori serves in a volunteer capacity by advising those that care for new missionary applicants who are hoping to serve with Cru.
