Chris serves under Cru's Directors of Oneness and Diversity as the Director of the Ethnic Ministry Fund. Anna serves in Human Resources for Destino, the Campus Ministry's outreach to Latino college students.

Chris' heart is to see Cru fully live out our mission to win people to Christ, build them up in their faith, and send them out to reach others. To reach our entire scope -- people of all kinds in the U.S. and abroad -- Cru is in the process of becoming a more ethnically diverse organization, a massive undertaking. Chris uses his skills in research, analysis, and strategic innovation to faithfully steward the grant programs of the Ethnic Ministry Fund as well as innovate new ways to support Cru's ethnically diverse staff so they can thrive in their missional callings. A "get it done" person, Chris co-created a tool known as Soularium, which is now Cru's most popular method for engaging people in spiritual conversations in the U.S. and around the world. He also opened Cru's La Fuente del Peregrino ministry in Spain, now one of Cru's most effective outreaches in Europe.

Anna enjoys ministering cross-culturally, which she currently lives out by caring for Destino staff in the US and serving on the national Human Resources team. She longs for Latino college students to have multiple opportunities to respond to the gospel and grow in their faith in the context of healthy, culturally-relevant Destino movements.

Chris has served with Cru since 1996: four years at the University of Oklahoma, five in Spain, and now at the international headquarters. Anna has served since 1999, including a year in Italy, four in Chicago, and now at the international headquarters. They are both passionate about God's mission for Cru to build spiritual movements everywhere so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.

Chris and Anna have four children: Samuel, born in December, 2009; Elinor, born in May, 2011; Philip, born in March, 2013; and Adelle, born in August, 2016.
