Currently serving as an Executive Director of US Missions with the U.S. Campus Executive Team, Jermayne’s heart is to encourage and resource Cru staff across the country to become more intentional and effective in reaching students from every background with the gospel and growing in cultural competency and awareness. Through this role, he is able to help provide vision, direction, and resources to local campus leaders. Meredith ministers alongside him, with a particular heart to see young women encounter and be transformed by the love of Christ. She serves on the Culture and Mission Team working to create resources and serve staff in becoming and growing as cross cultural missionaries.

Both Jermayne and Meredith grew tremendously in their faith through their involvement with Cru during their college years and have a deep desire to see a new generationof followers of Christ raised up from the college campus to be sent out into the world.
