Mike and Leslie are serving at Cru Headquarters in Orlando, FL serving with the US Staff Care department.

US Staff Care gives leadership to a variety of programs and gives direction for care of all 9,000 missionaries, employees, and volunteers who serve with Cru in the US and around the world.

Mike serves as Associate National Director of US Staff Care.  His team creates initiatives and trainings to care for Cru’s 9,000 missionaries, employees, and volunteers both in the US and abroad. Christian workers are not immune from the attack of the enemy and the failures that can bring. The project Mike has launched targets growing the character of our staff so they can live out their lives conformed to Jesus. 

 Leslie serves as a Ministry Partner Development Coordinator for the various central teams located at the headquarters of Cru. These teams include things like HR, Finance, Tech, Legal, and host of otherteams.
