Since graduating from Ball State University in 1999, I have been on staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ International). I have served on university campuses in East Asia, Indianapolis, IN, and New Zealand and from spring 2014-spring 2024 I served in the United Kingdom in Leadership Development and Human Resources with a specific focus on the training and development of our interns and new staff. In the spring of 2024, I moved back to my home state of Indiana where I continue to serve in the area of Leadership Development and Human Resources. Through this role, I continue to be a part of winning, building, and sending by helping to care for, support, and equip our staff to play their role in helping to fulfill the Great Commission.
