Ben works with the Theological Development and Culture team to provide continuing "on-the-job" training for our 5,000+ full-time Cru missionaries.  He is responsible for overseeing Cru's virtual courses and operations.  He has a part in designing and coaching courses for our staff.  We currently offer a dozen classes in Bible, theology, apologetics and church history on a regular basis. 

Mandi works with campus staff in the Southeastern US to help them grow in their personal development as well as ensuring individuals and teams have good care when walking through crises. 

Ben and Mandi live near Orlando, Florida with their three children: Elliana (14), Jonathan (14) and Noah (12).
