Greetings from Orlando!

Dawn & I have been serving full-time with Cru for more than 20 years. We each came to know Jesus personally in our teen years and became involved with Cru during our respective college careers. I served on college campuses in Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN while Dawn ministered in Venezuela and Mexico to college students before we met. We married in 2004, moved to Minneapolis, MN and ministered to college students there until moving to Florida in 2008.

Since then we've been serving our staff and growing the capacity of Cru's worldwide movement at the headquarters in Orlando, FL. I am a Leadership Development and Staff Care Specialist in Human Resources for Jesus Film Project building into our individual staff and teams so the effectiveness of Jesus Film media pieces increases all the more. 

Dawn works both as a stewardship coach and the Faith & Finance Ops Team Leader, serving all the hundreds of new missionaries joining the numerous compassionate ministries of Cru each year, as well as her unique role of homeschool / discipleship with our two girls, Heidi and Tessa.
