I joined staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in 1999 and was placed at The Ohio State University for eighteen years. From 2005-2017 I was the campus ministry co-director there.  I loved seeing God's work in the lives of college students as they gave their lives to Him and learned to walk with Him. During those years I also saw a need to help develop and care for our staff. In 2017 God led me to transition into a new role at Cru's World Headquarters in Orlando, Florida to serve on the leadership team of one of our Staff Care programs. 

In 2024 God surfaced a need for staff care and leadership development in the ministry of Unto, the humanitarian ministry of Cru. Unto exists to express the kindness of Jesus through humanitarian assistance for people living in the toughest places on Earth by relieving suffering, restoring dignity, and revealing the hope found only in Jesus Christ. Unto works globally through three primary programs: clean water, food and critical aid. Additionally, Unto has a US disaster response component.

I feel privileged to serve in a ministry that reaches out to people who have never had an opportunity to hear about Jesus, especially those located in forgotten, hidden and difficult places that face distress because of war, famine, water deprivation, natural disaster, and political/social/religious instability. 

Please pray for me as I serve the 100+ Unto staff members who oversee humanitarian projects in more than 50 difficult countries and the United States.
