Every day 13,000 Campus Crusade for Christ staff members and tens of thousands of trained volunteers make sharing the gospel message of Jesus their life's priority. We know the realities of living life apart from God, and want everyone to have the opportunity to find true life. Cru is a caring community committed to help. Jeff first experienced this community as a student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).

That is where God grew his faith, his understanding of the Holy Spirit's role, and his compassion to engage in spiritual conversations with those around him. Through his Christian upbringing, he had some experience defending his faith. Cru staff taught him how to dialogue with others about faith in Christ, whether that was at IUP, with co-workers and family, on Cru's East Asia mission trip as a student, etc. By college graduation, God led him to pursue the journey of helping others experience the Lord at work in their life as well.

Jeff began full-time work with Cru at George Mason University as a field staff and saw the Lord grow the ministry from about twenty students to more than 115 with most of them involved in small groups and reaching out to fellow students. In 2006, he and his wife Renea then moved to Orlando where he worked out of the world headquarters. Since then his U.S. leadership development roles have helped dedicated people fulfill their call to get to the mission field and stay on mission, multiplying his efforts to live out and share the life-changing message and person of Jesus with as many people as possible.

Additionally, Jeff has also served on the National Executive Team for Ministry Partner Development. This team gives direction and leadership to all U.S. Staff and U.S. ministries that serve as the critical link between a person called by God to reach the world and that missionary actually getting to the field.
