Francis and Jennifer Floth

We are currently senior staff on the New York City team. Francis is serving young professionals (21 - 35 year-olds) in the city. Jennifer works with the creatives and artists in the visual and performing arts. Prior to working in NYC we have served in the campus ministry in Corvallis, OR, Seattle, WA, San Diego, CA and Davis, CA.

New York City is a place that is culturally and spiritually tough, which takes its toll on the spiritual lives of the people living and working here. For many post graduates the transition from college to the working world is a tremendous challenge. Francis' work is to help young professionals walk with the Lord, both in evangelism and discipleship, to help believers become connected to local church communities and to train believers to be missional in their workplaces, social circles and neighborhoods. Jennifer's work is to be a legitimate insider in the arts world, in the hope that non-believing artists will have opportunities to hear more about spiritual life and the gospel. She also helps disciple and develop believing artists to live out their faith in the art world. Additionally, our work will be helping believers to become spiritual leaders that will shape generations to come. 

Our ultimate hope is that the culture of NYC would be transformed towards Christ-centered passions. 

Our Vision and Mission is to help NYC young professionals and creatives seek the Lord, thrive in faith and serve the city by proclaiming and demonstrating the gospel
