Currently, Ben is the National Director of Operations for the U.S. Campus Ministry. He serves on the National Operations Leadership team giving overall direction, leadership, and shepherding to the operations staff across the country and 800+ campus ministries. In the U.S. Campus Ministry, we are trusting God to give the 19 million students on 4000+ campuses the opportunity to know how to have a relationship with God and opportunities to grow in that relationship. Ben gives operational leadership in the areas of conferences/events, finance, graphic/video design, mission trip operations, music, properties, and technology. Sandie evaluates intern & new staff applicants as they seek to join the ministry of Cru. 

Before coming on staff with Cru, Ben & Sandie worked in the marketplace. Ben worked as a TV engineer with PBS in Dayton, and Sandie worked as an RN at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati. Although they enjoyed these jobs, they felt God calling them into full-time ministry with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) to have the same impact on the lives of college students in which the ministry had on their lives while at Kent State. They now reside in Fishers, Indiana!
