God is at work on the college campus and we are personally seeing Him work in the athletic department at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA! 

Athletes in Action is an international sports organization focused on equipping athletes, coaches, and sport-minded individuals to grow in their relationship with Jesus and multiply their life into others. Our ultimate goal is to see Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, in every nation.

We moved from eastern Kentucky to Virginia the summer of 2025 as the Lord led us to a new ministry opportunity. Becky remains on staff with Athletes in Action and is trusting God as she discovers where God is at work in the JMU athletic department and joins in. She has been on staff with Cru since 2000. She spent time serving in France and Indianapolis, IN before joining  Rich at NC State after marrying in December 2003. We moved to Lexington in July 2006 to serve on the Central Kentucky Cru Team and the summer of 2015, we moved to Morehead Kentucky to lead the Cru team that reaches out to colleges in eastern Kentucky. 

After 25 years of ministry with Cru/AIA, Rich now serves with Nations of Coaches, a ministry that seeks so reach college basketball coaches and teams with the gospel through placing a Character Coach on every team. Rich specifically serves the James Madison University Men's Basketball team as a full-time Character Coach.
