I have been on staff with Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ for 21 years and serve on the People & Culture Team for Geography 7 - serving staff in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. Within our team our team, I serve as the Part-Time Field Staff Coordinator to care for our PTFS and manage their HR side of their experience as well as doing several other  special projects on our team. My favorite part of my role is getting to connect with our staff 1:1, either meeting during a conference or on team visits. It's incredibly valuable to get to hear how our staff are doing, to care for them, and help them to thrive in their walk with Jesus and in their ministry!

My heart continues to be for what God is doing in the lives of students! I am discipling some women who are involved in the Cru Greek movement at the University of Iowa.

I love Cru's vision to WIN, BUILD and SEND college students, to see lives changed by the gospel. I have a passion to see laborers raised up from amongst college students to go to the world. I truly believe the Lord is going to use these current college students to have a HUGE impact on the world! I love being able to invest in the lives of college students and help prepare them to have an effective ministry wherever the Lord leads them in life. In my role on the P&C team, I love getting to help invest in our staff who are helping to raise up laborers to impact others with the gospel.

I am so thankful the Lord has called me to be a part of this incredible ministry that is impacting the lives of so many people...now and in the future.
