Staff with Cru 2002 - present

I've been on staff since I graduated from Georgia Tech. After serving in campus ministry in Atlanta for seven years, I transitioned to the Operations Team of the Southeast Region for five years--working to increase the capacity and sustain the mission of Cru in the campus ministry. ​In 2014, I transitioned to the finance office in the International Headquarters of Cru and helped with ministry finances across the Campus Ministry, including coaching and training finance staff in the Campus Ministry.

Since 2019 I have been leading teams in US Finance, expanding my scope beyond the Campus Ministry. Over the years, I provided leadership to many of the outward facing teams--customer service teams and finance teams serving all of our ministries and operational areas as financial analysts and liaisons--Ministry Finance and Operational Finance. 

I am now leading with communications, strategy, training and development. I help think strategically about how ministries and staff are being served by U.S. Finance (policies, processes, etc).  This role allows me to continue to improve the experience of every user of the services we provide. I also work with the finance staff across the organization, helping with training and development, building our finance community to work better together, and managing communication across U.S. Finance.
