In Chicago, far too many people are familiar with the hopelessness of poverty. Rising inflation and cuts to social services are hitting Chicago’s neediest residents hard. Many children, families, schools, and neighborhoods are struggling. That is the reality of poverty. People feel stuck and hopeless. 

Those wrestling with poverty don’t simply lack resources. They need options that offer hope and transformation. That’s where Cru Inner City comes in. That’s where the church comes in. That’s where you come in. For 46 years, Cru Inner City been creating options together that meet real needs and connect those struggling with poverty to Jesus Christ.
