I am excited to share how God has allowed me to serve Him as a missionary on staff with Cru- Campus Crusade for Christ. Since my commissioning, my life, my missions, and my positions have changed for the betterment of the Kingdom of God and the people in communities all over the world.

I serve as Executive Administrative for Cru City Neighbors.  Cru City Neighbors' mission is to bring the transforming love of Jesus to every community through relationships, innovative approaches, and partnerships. We are located in 135 communities in 31 states, making our joint efforts in the US widespread.

As Executive Administrator, I provide lift to the members of our leadership team in their various responsibilities helping them to fulfill the mandate of Win, Build, and Send set by our organization.   We believe in Mission First, People Always.

I love my team and the relationships we have forged.  I look forward to our bi-weekly meetings on Zoom, including  Bible study and Prayer.  Each one of us is located across the United States so getting together for meetings helps us to bond.

In keeping with the mandate of Mission First, People Always, in 2004, I applied for and was awarded the non-profit status of my 501c3  Spirit of Joy Ministries, Dream Center.  The model was taken after the Dream Center in California.  We meet the needs of families in the community by feeding the hungry and offering High School Diplomas, housing, and employment leads.  If you would like to get a bigger picture of how God is using SOJM to impact the world, check out our website at www.spiritofjoyministries.org.

As a teacher and Preacher, the Lord has allowed me to teach Leadership, coaching, theology, and Pastoral Counseling classes to Cru seminary students in Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Rwanda, and the far regions of the earth.   I am so honored to serve.  for more information please visit our website at cru.city.org/neighbors.   I  look forward to partnering with you.

I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.  I now reside in Orlando Florida since 2013.  My family consists of my 4 older sisters and one brother-in-love.  My husband Donald Davis passed in 2016, we have no children, and my Mother passed in 2023.
