Beth Luechauer has served with Cru for almost 20 years. After serving in Leadership Development and Human Resources (LDHR) in North Macedonia and the UK, Beth is now serving on the Global LDHR team, helping to resource and equip LDHR leaders worldwide. She and her team work to develop content and help consult with LDHR leaders to accelerate the Great Commission by serving the organization and the body of Christ, seeing national ministries fully equipped.
