Kelly came to know the Lord through the ministry of Cru at CU-Boulder in the 90s, and her life was forever changed by the good news and community she experienced. Jason, a young believer upon entering college, grew through the ministry of Cru at his college campus. The Lord worked guiding them both at different times to head overseas as missionaries with Cru.  Since joining Cru staff in 2002 and 2003 respectively, both Kelly and Jason have served in a variety of capacities within the campus ministry, working on college campuses around the world. 

Currently, Kelly serves as the People and Culture Field Director for Destino, part of the campus ministry helping Latino students, faculty, and the greater community connect to Jesus. Kelly seeks to equip staff and students to fulfill the mission. Part of Kelly's role involves ensuring that missional teams are healthy and have what they need to serve their missional audience. Jason coaches seminary classes equipping Cru staff with relevant theological training.  

But ultimately, both love seeing students step out in faith and embrace Jesus whether for the first time or as a moment on their journey with Him.
