I'm Ashlee. From waking up on the milk tanks on my parents' dairy farm in Kentucky to birds chirping outside my window in Costa Rica it has been an unexpected journey with the Lord ever since I surrendered my life to him at UNC-Chapel Hill.

I have spent over 12 years serving around Latin America and the Caribbean being a part of God transforming lives. I have served in Argentina which has the best meat in the world, to the Dominican Republic - a colorful, boisterous island, to Costa Rica - a country that values privacy and nature. All these countries are unique and beautiful and ALL NEED to hear the good news - that God desires to have a personal relationship with them.

My part in God's transformative and redemptive plan for Latin America and the Caribbean is serving as the Chief of Staff on the Latin America and Caribbean Vice President's team.

I champion and empower my teammates from Panama 🇵🇦, Argentina 🇦🇷, Colombia 🇨🇴 , Venezuela 🇻🇪 , Suriname 🇸🇷 , Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 , and Brazil 🇧🇷 as they do the same to the 26 national leaders and teams in our scope. Latin America and the Caribbean is a culturally diverse and rich area of the world that speaks French, Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

We coach and collaborate with them to strategically adapt to continually move toward the mission of raising up multiplying disciples and mobilizing them.
