Regina and Jonathan have been on staff with the Epic Movement (a ministry of Cru) since 2003. We are a part of a ministry that helps reach the campus through Asian American students and faculty with the gospel of Jesus. The unquenched thirsts of acceptance, honor, and grace surface the myth of Asian Americans being the model minority. We strive to walk with students through important areas of grief and anger, grace and shame, family pressures, and other issues in a biblically and culturally relevant way.
Regina serves on the National Theological Development team of Cru specifically focusing on theological development. She gives leadership to staff and students by resourcing and training them to navigate issues related to the Bible and the current culture.
Jonathan gives leadership to Epic teams across the country. (www.epicmovement.com). We aim to provide multiple venues for students to interact with the person of Jesus Christ from one-one meetings with student to big scale outreaches and everything in between. There are over 1 million college students in our scope, of which 10% is Asian American, and most of whom are waiting to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
It is a privilege to be able work alongside the body of Christ to help the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
