For the last 15 years, Kim and I have been working with Cru Campus along all the Eastern Seaboard (Philly, NYC, Orlando and New Hampshire) in roles to create innovate conferences, establish church partnerships to launch latino ministry and to invite partners to work and invest alongside of the broader ministry of Cru Campus. 

In the summer of 2020, we moved into a role with FamilyLife Local taking the Campus Missional DNA  of evangelism and discipleship to the family ministry of FamilyLife. In Local we will continue the work of building Godly homes, helping Christians navigate having healthy marriages and become stronger parents, while also reaching out to new families that are far from God. 

Ross will be working with the local leaders and affiliate guides across the United States to help invite and build ministry partner teams to be part of the local mission. Our desire is that as we invite partners to be with us, that teams will grow both in people and funding to accomplish the work of building Godly homes across the U.S. and around the world.
