Cru City uniquely restores communities everywhere so everyone finds their place in God’s story. We do this by engaging the curious and equipping the follower. 

In our tenure, we have seen God's faithfulness in helping to train and develop thousands of students, leaders, and ministry workers. In the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metro area of 3.2 million, it's estimated that 86% are disconnected from Jesus and the church. The need is great. 

One part of our local ministry is to connect parents, neighbors, ministry leaders, and the marketplace in prayer huddles. In this act, we can demonstrate the power of the Gospel through prayer and invite opportunities to live them out practically. In addition to a local expression of ministry, we have a national and global reach. 

As the Associate Director of Staff Care with Cru City, I help to develop resources, systems, and tools that help shape the culture of our 600+ flourishing missionary staff on mission across hundreds of cities across the globe. An organization's most excellent resource is its staff; character development, consistent care, and community must be priorities.
