We are full-time missionaries serving in Hampton Roads VA as Marriage Ministry Team Leader for the local Cru Military team for God honoring ministry throughout the global military community. 

Early in our military career, we began seeing God calling us into ministry and looked at each new duty assignment as a mission field that He prepared for us. As we concluded 23 years of active duty service, the whole picture of God's call became clear. He was not only calling us to minister to the military community while on active duty; He was preparing us for full-time missionary service in military retirement. Now, we are blessed to stand shoulder to shoulder with the local Cru Military team members, Chaplains, Pastors, and many ministry partners in reaching the national and international military members and their families in the global military community for Jesus Christ. 

It is the heart of our mission to reach out to a culture and community that can sometimes be difficult to connect with. Having experienced military life, we understand the unique pressures a military career has on families. We have experienced deployments, temporary duty, short notice assignments, the absence of extended family in hard times, and the other dynamics of military family life. It is heart breaking to see military and their families struggling, stressed, falling apart, and destroyed. We want to be Jesus' hands extended to these homes and families so that they can thrive through the many challenges of military life. 

Military life can be challenging, overwhelming, and sometimes scary, but we are offering a hope that transcends all of the challenges and fear... The hope of Christ!!
