Justin is currently serving Chief of Staff for Cru International Missions. He serves alongside the International Missions Executive Directors to give leadership to Cru's overseas mission efforts so that students on campuses in every country have the opportunity to respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Kai is serving on the Mission Expansion team where she seeks to connect volunteers, churches, Christian colleges and Universities, and like-minded individuals and organizations into the ongoing mission to reach the unreached college campuses in the US.  With extensive leadership and cultural competency training, Kai loves seeing the gospel spread through unreached people on campus so everyone has an opportunity to respond to the gospel, including helping establish ministries among HBCUs, Native American students, and Athletes.
