We have been with Campus Crusade for thirteen years with CRU city (formerly Executive Ministries). Our target intent is to see people come to Christ through influence in the marketplace and/or their communities; then to see them become rooted and grounded in their faith through discipleship studies and peer growth opportunities. It is our desire to be effective catalysts in the 2 Timothy 2:2 process ("And the things you have heard of me among many witnesses,the same commit to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also") of mentoring and spiritual reproduction in the lives of others to expand God's kingdom. We do this through peer dinner outreaches, practical small group Bible study interaction, and life and family sharing.
Our overall goal is to bring the hope of the gospel to the culture that is weary and heavy laden, show the relevance of Christ to daily life, and build secure laborers for God's glory. We minister daily in the Colorado Springs, Colorado community and marketplace. Frank also goes with and vets teams to minister in the orphan and college student ministry in Cambodia.
We have been involved in a Cambodian outreach to Military, Governmental, and Business men and women in the capital city of Phnom Penh. We have seen 350 influential (able to make an impact on their culture through their positions) Cambodians come to Christ. A large number of them have continued in the growing discipleship process. The people are open and hungry for the Gospel. Five Army generals a member of Parliament and a man in the extended Royal family have been spiritually impacted. Please pray for these influential people in the capital city to have a spiritual impact on their culture. Plans for the 2018 Outreach are progressing for May
Members of the local Florida Hunsader family team have seen God direct and use them in cultural salvation of many children from the sex trade in the capitol city by opening up five (5) orphan homes through Asia's Hope. There are now 120+ new children protected and provided with a home, food, clothing and a school opportunity. They will be prepared for their culture and a skill all in a Christian environment. There is now a Chriatian men's and women's dormitory provided as an evangelistic outreach to students. Also Jared Hunsader was operational in establishing a garment factory to train and provide jobs for women in bondage to the sex trade. Two hundred women are now employed providing a trade and income to keep the women out of prostitution.
Locally, out of a neighborhood women's outreach came a Ladies Bible study. Out of that study came another Women's study. One of the ladies has now taken leadership of another study of her peers with six ladies. Since then a new generation of 3 Ladies studies has developed as women are reproducing themselves spiritually challenging their peers to study the scriptures
There are five Bible study discipleship groups with men at different levels with individualized curriculum. Also, a weekly dialogue group for guys to invite friends to talk about God and issues in the marketplace. The struggles of the culture become evident quickly as men share what they face daily and their need for encouragement. We are engaged with men's initiatives "CITYCommit" in the city with the "33 Series curriculum".We also are involved with individuals and small group mentorship of young businessmen as well as men's weekend retreat discipleship training.
Joy and I meet with several individuals on a one-on-one mentoring basis as we desire to see spiritual leadership built to influence future generations.

1. Wisdom as we lead and train people in the Word.
2. Us to be bold and faithful as catalysts in the lives of people in God's process.
3.The protection and spiritual growth of the new believers in Asia.
4. The hearts of men and women to be tender to the will of God. People who would be Faithful, Available and Teachable to His Spirit.
