Adam and Jenny Roub have been serving in the Campus Ministry of Cru since 2005. Through their work, they have helped reach many college students for Christ on campuses in and around; Mankato, MN (2005-10), Montpellier, FRANCE (2010-11), St. Cloud, MN (2011-2018), and Duluth, MN (2019-2025). Their ministry is driven by their passion to mobilize laborers go into the mission field, proclaim to Good News of Jesus Christ on the campus to lost students, and equip the next generation to help fulfill the Great Commission. 

In their current roles with the Campus Ministry, Adam serves full-time as a Ministry Partner Development Coach for the 8 state Geography 7 (MN, WI, ND, SD, IA, NE, MO, KS). His work is focused on helping new and current Cru staff reach the mission field by equipping and inspiring them to build ministry partner teams who will support them as they serve on campus. This work is vital in our efforts to mobilize fully-funded and financially faithful laborers. Additionally, Adam also has opportunities to help train local students in evangelism, and speak on various campuses around the Greater Twin Ports as they have need. 

Jenny serves as the Regional Childcare Coordinator with the People and Culture Team of Cru. She ensures that staff are cared for by coordinating and programing the child care ministry needs during regional student conferences (i.e. Minneapolis Winter Conference), and various staff gatherings. In her role, Jenny is able to combine her passion for kids and their families, along with her and love for college students to ensure the gospel advances on the campus. In addition to this, she also is a teacher to their kids, and helps serve on the leadership team for a homeschool co-op in the Twin Ports.   

Adam and Jenny have four children: Alex, Zach, Karrin, and Micah. They currently live in Duluth, MN.
