Since its inception more than 40 years ago the JESUS film has had 11.1 billion viewings with over a million and a half churches planted and 665 million indicated decisions for Christ! It has been translated into 2,100 languages. It is estimated that three-fourths of all churches planted in the last decade throughout the world used the JESUS film as part of the church planting process. Greg works as a communication specialist with the JESUS Film.

Kathryn gives oversight and leadership to the care of our staff serving as the U.S. Staff Care Director. Cru has more than 6,000 U.S. full-time and part-time staff, interns, and volunteers serving throughout the world. Kathryn gives leadership to help equip and train our staff and to create an environment for Leadership Development.  Though she serves in a wide range of areas, her personal passion and gifts revolve around creating organizational culture and the heart of a leader. She often speaks about Staff Care and what is required to provide an environment that enables those serving with Cru to be fully equipped, fully engaged and contributing at their best to the mission of connecting others to Jesus Christ.  She loves speaking and training, but her sweet spot is engaging in issues of the heart to enable maximum contribution from all staff.

We are thrilled the Lord has called us to use our gifts and abilities in these strategic positions at our World Headquarters. It is a walk of faith as we trust God and as He moves us into increasing levels of responsibility.
