Connecting Hispanic and Latino youth to God and His heart by creating space for them to respond to the gospel, celebrate their identity and culture, and practically live out the values of God’s Kingdom

We serve with Destino, the Latino branch of Cru ministering to Latino students and their communities. We live in Aurora, CO, with our 4 kids.  Lucas has been with Destino for 20 years and Christy for 14 years. 

We envision movements of students and volunteers all over the city of Denver and the state of Colorado who are pursuing Jesus, gathering in community, and empowered and equipped to take the gospel to their communities and the world. 

Currently, we serve students on the Auraria campus and Regis University in Denver, and Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction.

        Latinos in the US have a unique opportunity to bring the Gospel and Christ like influence to their families and communities, but also have open doors to places around the world simply because of how we look!  Latinos are an untapped resource in the Christian Church and as leaders in general. It excites us to take part in building up and sending a new generation of "sent ones" to usher in the Kingdom of God.
