Amanda serves as Executive Director of People and Culture in the U.S. Campus Ministry which helps shape the culture of Cru by sending and developing missionaries, equipping life-long followers of Jesus, and caring for our people and teams. We serve and lead in the areas of Culture and Mission, Leadership Development, Ministry Partner Development, People Care, U.S. and International Sending, Talent Management, and Theological Development. In Campus our goal is to reach people for Christ, build them in the essentials of their faith, and mobilize laborers for a lifetime of Great Commission ministry.
