Josh and Julie grew up in Colorado and Chicago, respectively, before attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where they committed their lives to follow Jesus.  Over the past nearly 20 years they have served with Cru's Campus Ministry  at University of Illinois, Michigan State, University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University, and in Central Asia & the Middle East.

They have recently begun serving with Cru's city ministry - Cru City, and are excited to join God in, "uniquely restoring communities everywhere by engaging the curious and equipping the follower, so that everyone finds their place in God’s story." 

Josh and Julie believe that a vital ministry to others must always exist in tension with holistic health and a deep personal experience of God. They desire to bring the best of their experience in evangelism, discipleship, and leading healthy teams to the Body of Christ in Northern Colorado, so that Christians & their communities are healthier, more excited, and more effective in their God-given callings.

As a family, they love to exercise, be outdoors, travel, explore, learn new cultures, and enjoy great food.
