We are Joe and Andrea Correll and have been on staff with the campus ministry of Cru for 18 years.  We are passionate about reaching college students for Christ.  We both entered college wondering what role God would play in our lives.  Through Cru, Joe accepted Christ into his life, and Andrea began to fully understand how to walk deeply with Christ.  Our desire is to help every college student and faculty member in the world to have an opportunity to hear how they can know Jesus Christ.  Our role is training, coaching and caring for other Cru missionaries so they are adequately resourced for the ministry God has called them to do.  Joe serves as the Director of Field Operations Network, coaching team leaders across the country and making sure campuses have the needed resources and tools to continue to be effective in reaching people for Christ.  Andrea serves as an interim Regional HR Director and People Services Coordinator, caring for the nearly 350 staff on 20 Campus Ministry Teams in the Midwest and Midsouth areas of the US.  Our passion is to mobilize missionaries so that the gospel can advance with greater speed and effectiveness.  Joe and Andrea live in Sunbury, Ohio with their two children, Brody and Ada.
